This year’s theme, “Beyond Silence” emphasizes breaking barriers, advocating for accessibility, and celebrating the resilience and contributions of Deaf individuals in all aspects of life. It highlights the richness of Deaf culture, and the voices of the Deaf community that deserve recognition.
